I am a retired Technical Illustrator and so the last version I owned was X6. Home and Student, which is very nice program. I recently purchase the Home and Student version and found it disappointing, so I then purchased this X8 version.
Problem was I couldn't get the fonts in my library to work with it. Several back and forth exchanges with Corel technical support were disappoint, too often with my questions ignored.
Finally, I downloaded the old X6 version to my computer and that seemed to resolve the problem with X8. Apparently the font management is close, but something appears to be missing in X8, that the X6 download resolved. Corel closed my inquiry as if they resolved it, but it was the download of X6.
